Oleh Hnatiuk - Chairman of the Board

Oleh's PictureIn addition to being Chairman of the Board of Gushor Inc., Oleh Hnatiuk is President of Connect Capital Corporation.  He has been CEO of an environmental technology company serving the international oil and gas industry, as well as CEO of one of Canada's most successful technology commercialization companies.  Mr. Hnatiuk was also a senior executive of a $300 million private equity investment firm.  After graduating from the University of Alberta, he started his career as a process engineer working both in Canada and internationally.

Oleh Hnatiuk currently resides in Calgary, Alberta. 

Stephen Larter, PhD, FRS - Director

Steve's PictureDr. Stephen Larter is the Chief Executive Officer of Gushor Inc. and is also a Professor of Petroleum Geology at the University of Calgary's Department of Geosciences. Prior to joining the University of Calgary, Steve worked for the Universities of Newcastle and Oslo, and in the 1980's for Unocal in California where he worked on conventional oil and gas, heavy oil and oil shale technologies, and developed Unocals basin modeling technologies.

Dr. Stephen Larter currently resides in Calgary, Alberta. 

Hal R. Hamilton - Director

Hal's PictureHal Hamilton has over 25 years of experience in the renewable power and environmental service sectors.  In 2001 Mr. Hamilton co-founded Verdant Energy Ltd., a private power company that operates two wood fired power plants, and a wood recycling and fuel logistics company, all of which are located in north central Alberta.

Prior to Verdant, Mr. Hamiliton was the CEO of Golder Associates, a multi-national engineering and environmental services firm with over 2,000 employees in eighteen countries.

Over his career Hal has directly participated in ten corporate start-ups.  He founded his first company, HydroQual Consultants and Laboratories, at 32 years of age.  Currently Mr. Hamilton is an executive advisor to the Canadian Environmental Technology Advanced Corporation (CETAC-West).

Hal Hamilton currently resides in Calgary, Alberta.
